During the current Covid-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we want to assure all our customers that we are taking all the necessary precautions and are following the latest government guidelines.
This is to ensure not only the safety of our staff, but also the safety of your fundraisers, by maintaining a calm and measured professional approach.
At the moment we are continuing to operate and are taking the necessary steps to ensure that everyone is kept safe, such as keeping the building extra clean, ensuring that staff observe handwashing advice and are fit to work.
We ask that any jumpers who display any of the symptoms of corona virus do not attend, and we are obviously happy to re-schedule jumpers at no extra cost if you feel you need to cancel.
We also ask that supporters are kept to a minimum – no more than 4 per jumper – and that anyone in a high risk bracket such as over 70, pregnant, or with underlying health conditions, do not attend.
Should the situation change we will inform all jumpers and provide alternative dates to complete their jump.
